Our efforts in supporting mental health must be comprehensive.

I exist for men’s own sexual self-exploration, a freak without my own right to privacy or freedom from public shame, a resource for their own self-discovery -- that like all things in an on-demand world, they feel entitled to access at any time.

"The internet in and of itself is very male and very pale and very English. The way that we write copy, the way we code, the way we find solutions to technical problems, all ascribe to that philosophy of 'white, male and pale.'"

No one heard us, no one stood up for us, no one tried to help us. Instead they tried to silence us.

Any contribution I make will either be ignored or exploited to sell their idyllic, inactive intellectualism.

I still can’t see myself in role models or dream jobs.

Why is it that so many of us in underrepresented groups fail to create connections with one another, when we are just a few feet away from each other?

My hope is that we can allow folks to express the truths of their existence and be their full selves while seeking to connect with others.

When you grow up with fundamentally different cultural expectations from everyone else around you, it pervades every aspect of your life.
