Jessica Barrett Sattell is a journalist, editor, and artist based in Chicago. When not making things at her studio, she works as a writer in the data analytics industry. She received her MA in Journalism with a focus on Art and Technology Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she wrote her graduate thesis on how contemporary artists use the methodologies of computer hackers.
